Hope your day ended on a good note :) We will have our ups and downs for sure. The key is we are blessed to start a new day each morning. Two steps forward and one step back is still going forward, the key is consistency . When I get off work at 3 or 4 or 5 am . after a stressful time. I've been taking a hot epsom salt bath with essential oils and take a tall glass of cold lemon water then crawl in bed with my head phones on with some inspirational youtube shows or music or meditation..Before I know it I'm fast asleep. My problem has always been I can do so good all day and then before bed I pig out, not a good idea before sleep LOL.. Keep strong and never give up... Have a Blessed Day
Thank you very much, I have been doing exercise all day but also eating, I know not great but hopefully tomorrow will be a better one. Trying to keep to healthy snacking too

I'm a firm believer that stress is a neglected aspect of weight gain. If a person could reduce their stress, they'd automatically reduce their waistline.
Whenever you feel stressed out, take a walk or go gardening. Both are wonderful activities that are not only good for our hearts, they help us reduce stress too.
I know things have been overwhelming, but you need to find ways to vent your stress that don't involve food. Try to get out into the garden. Try to take a walk or maybe listen to some relaxing music. Have a cup of tea.
Do your best to try to reduce your stress. If you can do that, you may find your binge episodes begin to decrease too.
You saying, you "feel" you are going to binge, shows me you are a strong woman and know right from wrong in this weight loss/staying healthy battle. You haven't done it. Stay strong dear sister. We all go through that. I have my struggles and battles of the want to and don't need to. Do something with a friend or go garden, as you say, or take a walk...go shopping. Just do something to make you feel good.
Stay strong. If you can, go for a walk. It is always hard for me when I am over come with emotions to not eat, but I remind myself of my goals. I also don't beat myself up if I do falter. You can get through today, be your own best role model. You can do it!
