I had not been taking the time to get on to spark and document my daily 'stuff'. I am going to get back on and do it daily! I would like to lose another 5 lb in the month of Feb. (of course, it just has to be a short month!!!)
today, I am within my calorie range, I will do a moderate exercise routine, and rest as I have been sick of late.
I do weigh in today and hope to at least be the same....but fearful that I will be up a bit. Not exercising as much as I was.

GNOCCHI that's my situation too. My lunches were nearly always homemade (by someone else) or from non-chain restaurants without nutrition info, and I found myself guessing frequently.

A couple emoticon days with friends spent enjoying nature, racing over the dessert, rock crawling, hiking and family moving forward projects and socializing at our SuperBowl party.

Time to get back to it, though. . .

CASSIECAT, I am heading your suggestion of looking carefully at my food entries. I make everything from scratch, and sometimes I don't even time to enter a new food, so I just pick something that sounds alike, eyeballing the calories and serving size. Tonight, for example, I entered "vegetable soup" for 145 calories, then remembered that my recipe has the nutrition facts, and realized its serving size has a more realistic 331 cal.

Re: not losing despite your efforts, GNOCCHI61, I agree with Cassie to just stick with it. I think we've all had times of plateau despite working hard, followed by a loss when it seems like we haven't done anything different than the weeks we had no change. You might want to do some other ways of measuring progress, like tracking your waist and hip measurements. I saw a lot more of a change in my body composition at the beginning in particular than I was with my weight. Welcome to the team!

Got all sleepy last night and didn't post for yesterday, oops! I'm definitely for this month though!

- Did a good job with all of my nutrition and exercise - I had to cut a couple of workouts short, but I still got something in when I was short on time
- Did good on water
- Met my goal for January - I got below 160 during the month and I ended January down 4 pounds

GNOCCHI61, I saw your note about not losing despite your efforts. For me, I think no matter how careful I was about tracking food, I was still underestimating my intake a bit and overestimating my output too. It's frustrating when you feel like you're doing things right but the results don't seem to show. Stick with it!

I got a new, slightly nicer scale, but being a new scale me weight on it didn't jive with the old scale's readings. So I've adjusted my ticker and such. I feel good where I'm at even if the number this morning was higher than it has been in while. It'll just be my new relative normal. As long as my clothes still fit comfortably then things are fine, weight-wise!

Good morning everyone. Did not do as well as planned yesterday - went too long without eating and arrived in a bad place.

Today is new and fresh and I've already loaded my nutrition tracker.

I'm not sure what to expect in results this month since I'll be disabled at least a week after my knee injections. Thankfully, DH takes great care of me....but it gets a lot worse before it starts getting better.

Headed out for a walk!

Did not let a few busy days derail me.
Was the same weight as last week at my weekly weigh in, however I am down 0.6 pound from the beginning of January overall (and under the 170's barrier!).

Hi! I am new to this kind of things, but I would like to join this thread because I watch what I eat, I exercise and I do not lose an ounce! This is the most supportive group I've come across. . .the positivity here has re-motivated me to meet my goal of 10,000 Steps-A-Day - yesterday, I walked 12,642 steps, 3,105 of which were at an aerobic pace.
