Starting again (what again!). Yes, well, if at first you don't succeed. I feel as though I've been in some kind of trance for the last few months (or is that really a year). Focussed on the needs of my family and forgetting that I have needs too.
So here I am, with a new determination to shed those extra pounds, and most importantly to get fitter!
