I use them all the time - the secret is to heat them a bit (steamed is best). They won't fold as easily as a flour tortilla, but they are much healthier and better for you than flour tortillas.

I cant comment on Ezekiel's but I can tell you that making your OWN tortillas is a lot easier than you might think. If clean eating is your goal, why not make your own?

Has anyone tried ezekiel flourless tortillas?? If so, do they fold well, is there a secret to folding them well?? I would like to buy them to make breakfast burritos for workdays and was wondering. I can alway buy La Tortilla factory whole wheat ones, but they are not as clean for clean eating.
