Both are 100% fat- it is a choice of taste and moderation that counts..

If you're cooking, coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter used primarily in Indian cooking) is the way to go. For salads, I'd use Extra Virgin Olive OIive because it's good a lot of health benefits and tastes really nice.
