Love those updates! Sixteen pounds is excellent! And the workin' out component is such an important part. It totally can help transform your mindset: Exercise good. Sittin' on butt bad. It totally transformed my life. I'm just spreadin' the news.

Hi Everyone, I have good news! I lost 5 lbs this morning & I am now out of the 300's! I have now lost 16 lbs since January! I know that might not be a lot to others but it is to me! I also have some more good news I also stayed Committed to Working Out an hour 6 Days a Week for my 2nd Week in a Row! Whoo Hoo! I'm soo proud and I've been working really hard! And I'm also still Eating Really Healthy! So just wanted to share my news & have a great night now
