We have to do exercise all our life if we want to keep the body shape we desire- it helps doing something you love vs going through the ropes and boredom.. If kickboxing holds your attention power on.. Find your own little area of enjoyment- we tend to concentrate more if it is something we love 100%

I am really getting into kickboxing and have been looking for free videos on the Internet. I found a whole archive of kenpo kickboxing at LiveExercise.com and I was wondering if people here have had a good experience with them. I see they use body elastics, but I don't have those and I'm not going to buy them just yet. Will the workouts still be worthwhile without them? Are the combos interesting and challenging? Is it fun?
