2. Try lots of different things until you find something you love. I like running, but others hate it. I couldn't think of anything worse than an hour on a spin bike, while others think it's the best exercise ever. I love hitting the gym for a good weights session when others would prefer to use resistance bands at home while watching TV. Find what works for you.

After I lost 80 lbs specifically without exercise (didn't want to gain it back) I got on my bicycle for the first time in years and years. Felt like a kid again. It's my main source of exercise these days. I mostly don't do it specifically to exercise either - the vast majority of my riding is to the post office and store.
Like DRAGONCHILDE says, " It's often about WHAT you do."
And I think obsessive water drinking is . . . I don't do it.
Today I rode 50 miles in 80 F weather with milk and Gatorade for liquids, about a half gallon total. Carbs, protein, minerals are good.

What do you do for exercise now? It's often about WHAT you do... you don't have to do a particular thing you don't like. Perhaps you haven't found your dream exercise?

I wish that I liked to exercise. I am doing the other thing that I hate tho and that is drinking water. I am averaging 13-18 cups of water a day and have been for the past couple of months. Struggles with both at all times.
