I know how you feel! I have been finding that certain exercises are just easier for me for right now and make me feel good. I am sure that I will add others in the future. Right now, since I haven't been one that exercised routinely, I am going to take it one step at a time. Good luck and have a good week!

I haven't reached the point where I look forward to exercising ...yet. The guilt overwhelms me and I spend more time worrying about it than I do getting it done...but today, today, I DID IT!!

It's only 10 min, but now my mind is free and anything I do is extra... emoticon emoticon FOR ME!!!

I know what you mean. I didn't think I would like exercising, but I do. It seems to go hand in hand with eating more responsibly. I hope you find that taking care of yourself is worth it - not only for how you look and feel, but for how much healthier you are getting. Keep up the good work - it will pay off!

Awesome. Exercise is hard, but it feels so good when you are done!

I have been exercising more consistenly and I feel much, much better. I have been doing well regarding making better choices of food that I eat also. I feel I am making very good choices to better my life style.
