when sis' kids were little, she did exercises with the baby (side leg lifts holding her son on her leg for extra resistance, double leg raises for her abs holding her son on her shins, etc)

you can also walk or run with the baby in a stroller

there are also gyms that include day care in the cost of membership, if you want to get out and the weather isn't cooperating

When my son was that age, I either ran in the morning before he and my husband got up, or did TRX and kettlebells at home. Very occasionally ran with my son in the stroller. Gym with a daycare is another option.

I am at stay at home mom with a 10 month old. I need tips on what kind of exercises I can do with her while I'm watching her..need motivation quick!!
