BENTONHEALTHY,

This would be something you would want to ask your health care provider about. He/she would be in the best position to guide you as to what exercises would be best that would not be contraindicated for your position.

I wish you well!

I tore my meniscus early July and have been swimming but need an indoor cardio to do.
Walking even irritates it. An elliptical has been suggested to me due to low impact on knees.
Anyone have any thoughts or knowledge about this?
thank you
