Way to go. Another thing that's good excercise in the kitchen is dancing. I like to turn up the music and dance away. The kids usually join me.

Today I was so desperate to get moving that I started to pretend to jump rope in the kitchen, while I waited for my dinner to finish cooking. One of my sons called me, to show me something he made, but I did not allow myself to be distracted from my 10 minutes cardio. I'll try it again.
