Hi,

Look on your local PBS channel for a program called sit and be fit. In addition, in the Tae Bo DVDs, there is a gentleman in the back participating in a wheel chair.

Also, check spark teams. There are some that can give you ideas.

Every day find a little time for yourself, even if it is only 15 minutes, as long as that time is just for you. Better yet is if that time is fun.

Good evening everyone,
As always I hope this message finds you well. I am looking for information about exercising for people in wheelchairs. I have been in a wheelchair now for 16 years. I am unable to walk and have mobility issues with my arms and hands. I would love to be able to find a routine that would help me stretch and exercise without hurting myself. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thank you.
