Have you spoken with your surgeon? My husband had a cerebral fusion 6 months ago and was JUST cleared for moderate exercised. I know that yours is lower, but make sure you are supposed to be doing anything.

Are you working with a physical therapist? They would be best qualified to provide you with exercise recommendations.

Hi I am 2 months post surgery for a spinal decompression and fusion,am not to bend or twist my back,aside from walking does anyone have suggestions for a fitness regime? emoticon
