Just wondering if anyone else has this...
So I notice when I do work out I have joints making popping sounds like in my knees and in my arms and back and wrists (gross I know).
I've been told by an Alexander Technique specialist that I have flexible joints and I am noticing that my flexibility is improving in my post-work out stretches. Flexibility also runs in my family... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ze-1Mtmy5KU (my little sister)
I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences the annoying popping of joints during their work-outs! lol if so, how do you deal with it? is it normal?
