No offense intended....but leg and core strength will hit the ball much further than arm strength. Arms strength doesn't mean much in a good golf swing.

you can do some biceps exercise it will increase you arms power

I have found that dropping the weight so that I can swing more freely has added about 10-15 yards back onto each of my clubs. The other thing is that I open up less often and my slice has turned into a very nice and workable fade.

To GOLFPRO's point, when I started loosing some belly fat and just becoming overall healthier I noticed a little drop in my score. Obviously getting out and playing more and maybe getting some instruction will be the biggest way to lower your score, but becoming more flexible and looser will help. I was a point where my gut was "getting in the way" and I noticed that it was harder to lead with my hip and really drive the ball.
Since losing some weight and lowering my body fat, that has all become easier. When I was "fat" my average full round was about 115-120 - that was 2 years ago. Last summer I golfed as much as I did 2 years ago and only broke 100 a couple times and was averaging around 95. Neither are great, but losing some weight, getting stronger by lifting and adding running/swimming seemed to help me.
It'll be interesting to see what this summer brings.

I am thinking that along with the core and legs, you could rig up something as simple as a golf club handle attached to cable and pulley system with some weight on it to help with strengthening your arms with your drive. Just and idea...

There are plenty of exercises that are great for you golf game. They won't make you a better golfer unless you take some lessons and practice.
The best thing for your golf game is total body fitness. However, your core is going to be the absolute most important. With the amount of twisting and turning you put your body through, you need to make sure your abs and back are in good shape. Dustin Johnson actually withdrew from The Masters this week due to back problems. He's in great shape so it should exhibit the importance of keeping a strong core.
After your core I would concentrate on your lower body (it's where your power comes from) and your flexibility. Many Tour players use yoga so that they can strengthen and lengthen their muscles.
There are plenty of examples online. Otherwise you can talk to your local PGA Professional and the can help. Again, keep in mind, these exercises won't lower your score on their own. You need to practice and probably take some instruction as well.
