Luann, I go to a discount gym that doesn't have trainers, so unfortunately they will not demonstrate exercises.

I know about youtube but I was hoping for some SP members who could share what they are doing emoticon

Your gym should be able to show you how to properly use their equipment.
Plus there's always You Tube!

My new gym has stall bars, which I've never used before but I would like to use them and get the most out of what the gym has to offer. Anyone do any exercises on stall bars, and if so what do you do?
