I have MS, and I was told by my Dr that swimming is a good way to exercise; you can do exercises in the pool as well (i.e. water aerobics)

Hi! While I cant give you specific examples of what you can do (I would definitely check with your doctor I'm sure they can give you some good ideas) I really suggest checking out the ms spark teams as there will be people there who can give you more insight as they deal with it as well.

or go on youtube and search exercising with ms and you will get a ton of videos!

Best of luck

I am trying to find out what type of exercises I can do having Multiple Sclerosis. The biggest problem is that I can not overheat with out passing out. I know yoga but that don't count as an exercise for points. I am looking for exercises that can count for points
