Maybe try marching in place when there's no one around, or even pacing in a small area so you don't get too far from your station? You can try working on your balance, too! Balancing on one foot while putting the other leg in front of/or behind you can really help engage the muscles in your legs. Check out youtube for instructional videos!

Sneak in some squats. I do a set every time I go to the restroom.

Most times when I am standing and sitting around and waiting I do the following: 1)calf raises 2)neck stretches (side to side) 3)shoulder blade stretch (pull your shoulder blades together, then try to put them in your back pocket - it adds strength to help you have good posture while standing straight)
4)butt/cheek squeezes - no one knows you are doing them! 5) neck strengtheners - tighten the back of your neck - hold for 10 seconds, repeat as often as you are able - no one can see you doing it!

I work in a retail store where I'm on my feet all the time, and standing by cash. Can anyone think of some exercises I could do to help me burn calories that I can do at cash without looking weird.
