How do you plan to workout and be not noticed? It is impossible. Desk/chair workouts are noticeable too.

Coach Nicole has a 15 minute desk workout you can try. Some of the exercises are more for an office, than a class room. But check it out.

You might also want to check this listing of other desk type exercises you could try too.

SP has a video of desk exercises. You might watch it to see if there's anything in it that would work for you.

I need some exercises to do at my desk, but I need them to undetected by others. I am teacher and do not want some exercise that would have my students watching me and not their computers. Some leg lifts are pretty simple and pretty private to do, but are there anymore I could try?
