The thing that always gets me moving is thinking about how hard it will be to get my fitness level back up if I slack off for too long! That long run on Sunday is going to be really hard if it's the only one I do all week!
Thanks for the responses! Just hearing from other people with the same struggles helps. I was in the habit of walking before summer.. but you're right- it's time to try something new! Maybe a new active wii game...
I feel the same way. I don't buy much junk food. but between work and school I don't want to work out. Someone told me about a country line dancing work out video. I wanna try it b/c I love line dancing and maybe it will work.

I am the same way! I want to exercise but if I do I have to have my two little kids with me, and I just don't want to force them outside when I don't even want to be out there!
Try something new and fun. Get a DVD like "Bellydancing for Fitness" or a Zumba video or something. Do something that will interest you. That might help with the blahs. :)
Also, try setting a specific fitness goal that will motivate you to stay on your workout routine. Plan to do a 5K for a charity you support or go rock climbing or something else that interests you within the next few months. Then you'll have something you're working TOWARD beyond weight loss. :)

Can you start with ten minutes, even just walking around your house? Just ten minutes to start...in cooler conditions.
I've been doing really well with my nutrition the past few weeks, but I've completely lost my motivation to exercise. Work is wearing me out & of course its super hot & muggy outside. I need a kick in the behind to get my behind moving...
