For cardio it's irrelevant what you do, just that you do *something*.

If you prefer to do different types of exercise, then do. If you prefer to do the same one, then do. Just make sure that, either way, you challenge yourself so that you're continuously improving. That's enough 'variety' for your body.

You really should start Strength Training though. There's no need to wait. ST will help you to lose more fat. :)

Started out doing just cardio. Going to start adding some strength in when i lose a little more weight.

Should I keep doing what I am doing? I do a different exercise every night. Should I keep it that way or should I do only one exercise every night for a week and then change it? I found that if I do a different one every night, I lost alot of weight. But if I do one exercise for the week, I don't.
