Talk to your doctor to confirm that it's okay to exercise first. A person should try to talk to their doctor before starting an exercise program if they have a medical issue that makes exercise difficult.
When you talk to your doctor, ask if it's okay to do seated exercises. If you find it difficult to stand for long periods of time, then sit in a chair and do upper body exercises. Coach Nicole has a 10-15 minute chair routine posted in the fitness section. That would be something you could do to get you started. Many members started with chair routines.
But, talk to your doctor first. It's always best to err on the side of caution.

Talk to your Dr. (before you try anything) and ask about water aerobics. Hope you find something that works for you.

Because of your medical condition, it would not be safe for us to speculate about what kind of exercises you can do. I would recommend talking to your doctor about what exercises are safe and what you should avoid. They might even be able to refer you to see a physical therapist who can design a set of exercises specific to your needs.
