For exercise:
M,W, F-run 5k (approx. 35 min) each time
T, Th-gym a 35 min wo (approx) doing full body each time
Sun-Long run (12-20k) time varies, but usually at least an hour and a bit
Currently doing 28 Day Bootcamp which consists of 1 10min wo video daily, plus min. 30min cardio 5 days per week.

For Protein:
Tofu, beans, beans, beans, tempeh,
soy products ("meatless chicken or beef")-keep these to a minimum, as they are highly processed and high in sodium etc.
If you don't eat much meat, soy and beans are going to be your friends. Slowly build on beans, as the more regularly you eat them, the less gassy effect they have.

I am doing dvd's at home so I rotate. One week I do weights or stretchy bands 3 x's a week and the next 2 x's. I always do the walking programs as well. I did these (with some ab work) 4 years ago and everything was toned and looked good (obviously I got away from that and the healthy eating). But I am back at it and this is my 3rd week and I am already noticing a little definition happening, and that motivates me to keep going.
Check out youtube or if you are on Pinterest check there too. They have some pretty good videos or programs.

at the moment I eat very little cause I do not have money for food until Friday. normally I do a lot of fish. but I am going to be starting meal replacements from Herbalife. I know there are going to have to be other things I need to get, but breakfast and lunch will be done that way.

I don't eat a lot of meat. What other proteins do you eat?

I do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training. 1hour of strength training each time I do it. and 50 minutes of cardio. but in order to lose good weight, you have to have a good intake of proteins everyday.

What type of exercise should I do most often to lose weight, tone, and get healthy? I've always thought I should do a lot of cardio and some weight lifting. Lately, I've read a lot about doing more weights and less cardio. What is everyone else doing? What types of exercise? How long? How often? Any details about your workout, or websites you may be using will also be appreciated.
