I always put off exercising because I'm lazy when it comes to doing it, lol. I'm getting better, though, and doing several 10-15 minute intervals each week, so the sweat doesn't get so bad. Plus short intervals seem a lot more doable than longer ones, so I don't procrastinate with it. And you're right; it does feel great, physically, after a workout, no matter how big or small it was!

It is so motivating to hear others who both have /have not the motivation to get in there an exercise. The excuses/reasons, but most of all the WOW, I feel better after I have exercised. Yes, the famous quote "JUST DO IT" is a worthy exclamation. My excuse, I hate to get sweaty. I saw an article that suggested swimming. Great idea!!! Boy, I'll do anything to talk myself out of 10X3. Get back up on the HORSE!!!!!!
