Do you have a gym membership? Strength training should be fine, especially the machines. For cardio, you may still be able to do the elliptical or recumbent bike.

A toe injury is as bad as it can get. Especially since, "its only a toe". Those little guys play a big part in your mobility and stability while exercising. I was able to painfully bike and that was about it.

Weight is the result of what you have been doing for the past week.

Doing really great at walking the past two weeks until I took a little trip Saturday on a magic rug! Broke my toe - any suggestions on how to exercise while healing?
