Strength training either with body weight exercises or resistance bands won't make much noise. Bands are cheap and there are a ton of videos either on here or Youtube. A full body routine won't take much more than half an hour and you can break that up into smaller segments pretty easily. Two or 3 three ST sessions during the week and Zumba on the weekends puts you in a pretty good place exercise-wise.

I am single and I have child care, but it's not open on the week days or after work.
I don't have enough money to pay for extra time anyway.

I could try working out during lunch, but I barely have enough time to eat as it is.
I prefer working out after I get home.

So I have a 3 year old at home and I work 40 hours a week, so I try to get out for a walk or something every once in a while in the weather is nice (Here lately it's been storm weather) but I really want to find something that I can do from home that doesn't cause a lot of racket. I live in an upstairs apartment, so I worry about causing to much noise for my neighbors.

On the weekends I try doing Zumba for the Wii in the middle of the day so it's not such a big deal.

Does anyone have any pointers?

Also, it would be really cool to have a work-out buddy in the Vancouver, WA area if anyone's interested.
