Yes, I'm currently in weekly physio and am scheduled for a cortisone shot in early October.

Have you had a physiotherapist look at it? I got hand tendonitis when my son was born due to the stupid way I used only my thumb and index finger to scoop up his head from the crib/change table. A couple sessions of ART cleared it right up.
I'm looking for some advice on what kinds of exercise I can do, besides walking and exercise bike, that I can do that doesn't put a strain on my injured hand. I've totaled the tendon in my thumb and despite it being 2 months of healing, have had little improvement. While I nurse my incredibly annoying and stubborn injury, I want to do some exercise, but honestly can't figure out what would be gentle on it. I can't lift anything, and hard jarring will set it off. Any ideas?
