I often have the question too about how I track multiple strength exercises without keying them in individually. I usually do one of two things -- either put it in as a custom exercise ("Seventeen strength training workout") and enter the time, or I put it as circuit training -- not quite accurate since I don't necessarily keep my HR up, but it works for me.

Don't forget that tracking is mostly for you -- Spark doesn't DO anything with the information. Your calories are computed based on the amount you say you will exercise per week, not how much you actually do.

Anyone tried Tiffany Rothe exercise videos that you can find on youtube? Also how would one track exercise that one would find in a magazine like found in seventeen magazine?
