I'm not familiar with the type of workout but is it similar to circuit training or bootcamp? Would one of those work?

Hey Sparkers,

Do any of you do the Tony Horton 10 minute trainer ? I did the 10 min. total body & don't know how I should log it in on the fitness tracker. Any ideas ?
