Hi WINEGARDEN,

For those who have activities that you mention and do so on a regular basis, the following link to the Ask the Experts response may help guide you.

I'm retired and no longer work. I do gardening, maintain a vineyard and orchard and work around the acreage. Since I don't have a real job, should I be logging my yardwork on the fitness tracker? I'm constantly being told I'm not eating enough for the exercise I'm doing.
