Okay, my question is how much is "to much exercise"?
The reason I ask, is I love to walk, and I want to walk every day. So 7 days a week. But I am trying to change up my cardio so I don't just walk. I am also trying to incorporate more strength training and also yoga. So, I don't want to go overboard and am trying to find a balance. I know that you have to have rest days. I just like to do something every day, but every now and then I do like a rest day.
So, opinons on what I should do?
