I am not sure where you are and the climate but how about the park? He can run around and burn some energy. You can use the equipment for push ups, pull ups, squats, balance, etc. Those monkeys give your arms and shoulders an excellent workout.

Find some workout dvds that would like to do, join a gym, find a workout partner, get your 2-year old involved. Walking the park with a friend was how I started getting moving.

put on some music and dance around the house with your son. Take your son for a walk. Chase your son around the yard. There are so many ways to burn calories.

Get an exercise dvd and have your 2 year-old try and do it with you! Dancing, hula, walking in place, bollywood, belly dancing! If nothing else, you'll burn lots of laughter calories! Good luck! emoticon

There must be some floor exercises, I use the ones I learned in PE in high school.
you can turn this into play/exercise time and benefit you both and teach the youngin
about exercise?

Since my work gets busy, I am just too tired to exercise. Even I still walk whenever I get chance and watch what I put in my mouth, but I found that I am having trouble keep my weight down.
Maybe for my type just control what I eat isn't enough.

Does anybody have some idea for exercise after a long day work? By the way, I don't sit at a desk whole day, I work in a busy market. And I tried yoga, it won't work for me at the moment. My 2 year old jumps on me all the time when I am on the floor.
