I'm new here and I love walking! especially living on the coast, and not having a car means I walk even more, at least 2 mph or faster if I'm late and rushing for the bus. Also, before I go to bed every night I do some work out exercises that I have seen here on Spark people. I'm also a self employed cleaner and that burns a few calories too. So, getting fit over 50 seems to be happening naturally for me now in my new life, and it's fun! and doesn't have to be difficult. I'm liking the motivation I'm getting from Spark people, thank you! Keep at it everyone!

I did 65 minutes on the treadmill and did some weight-training.
