I never want to exercise, but all I have to do is think of my grandsons wedding in April and the pictures and I hop to it.

I'm glad you posted this!

I'm so proud of myself today. I had a headache and drank a cup of coffee before the gym to try to knock it out. It ended up making me feel weak, jittery, and nauseous during my workout. I wanted to stop so bad! I imagined how good it would feel to plug in the numbers after it was all over, so worked through it and managed not to hurl. I met my fitness goal this week.. success!

you're correct.
unless there is a medical reason, I cannot put off exercising in whatever form it takes, or it will be much easier the next time

Of course, I always have to walk the dog, and she won't let me say no to that

Good for you!! You have to walk the walk and not just talk the talk. You can do it and you are off to a good start.

Today I was 98% sure that I would not go to the gym today because I was too sleepy from night shift, I also knew with 100% certainty that if I didnt go in the morning I wouldnt make after waking up.

No matter what there is always someone busier than me going for a run!

I made it to the gym and got in a GREAT workout... and then slept like a BABY
afterwards!
