Free weights, stretch bands, stationary bike, stability ball... but best equipment for the summer is my lawn mower and weedeater!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon Add to that my own two feet!!! emoticon emoticon

aside from Beachbody workout dvds, I have some free weights, a stability ball, and some resistance bands.

Remember... nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.

Hiking shoes, bicycle, an older Gazelle, swimsuit, and a few weights....

I have a treadmill, a spinning bike, a total gym, exercise bands, pull up bar, weights, every exercise dvd out there, weighted vests. Just to name a few want more husband keeps telling me I don't need anymore.

You Sparkpeople have such a nice variety of exercise equipment. If I were to have only one it would be resistance bands There are many exercises you can do with them

exercise mat, dumbbells, computer (for fitness videos), bands, medicine ball and the lucky fortune to have a guy next door that converted his garage into the ultimate mini gym (well for weight training) he does what I do and run around the neighborhood for cardio, but he has a bench that I like to do some exercises on. Just depends on your goals, budget and space.

I appreciate the encouragement I get from spark people! The weather is going to get worse here so I would like more suggestions for at home exercises

We have a treadmill, a Bowflex, a stationary recumbent bike, a couple of sets of weights, two resistance bands, a yoga mat, a TV, and a DVD player.

we have a Bow Flex, an elliptical, The Firm step & The Wave, some weights, stability ball, resistance bands, ab roller, ab dolly

DH bought the big ticket items; I use them some. Really started using the Bow Flex lately for my morning workouts.

my stuff from The Firm I've had since the late 80s, and still use it.

the ab dolly was given to me by somebody who did a BOGO; the ab roller was included with some other eqpt we bought.

I use the weights & bands; and I take the bands with me when I travel.

In my bed room I have a bench press with about 150 pounds of weights, 2 curling bars, Total Gym, DP 2500 workout station that takes up very little room,70 different exercises, and 2 15 pound hand weights.
In my living room I got rid of the furniture except the television. I have a chin up bar, Schwinn Air Dyne stationary bike, nice treadmill, foldable PRO100 stepper, bench press, 2- 20 pound and weights, ABDOER twist chair, nice rowing machine, extreme fit interactive game with 80 exercises, and 2 different types of stretch bands. Nothing personal but when people come to visit they are going to feel better when they leave,
