Coach Nicole has at least one video posted her for at work workouts. You can do wall push ups, calf raises, crunchs, squats, planks all in your office. You can walk around the block or do some stairs. Jumping jacks, perhaps, I'm not sure how loud that would seem at an office.

I don't have a gym where I work nor "near" where I work. I am curious if there are any exercises that I could do that wouldn't bother my neighbors in the offices next to me where I could shut my door and do 10-20 minutes of exercise at least until I got home then I could do more at home.
