I don't like pedometers and prefer Heart Rate Monitors but they are a lot more expensive! Hopefully you got everything else figured out.

Okay, so I have been trying to focus on just getting in the habit of eating better and tracking. Week 1 had perfect attendance and I did really well, so now I am trying to add exercise, BUT when I did what happened was I felt like I was going to pass out. Are you supposed to change caloric intake to balance out what your burning? I felt really shaky almost like a blood sugar thing. Am I doing something wrong? What exercises are best to start with? Do you suggest a pedometer?
