Sounds like sage advice to me. Thanks!

I've made the mistake of trying to exercise after giving blood...I don't advise it at all. Like Coach Jen said, wait a day or two for your blood supply to replenish before exercising again.

If you are feeling weak and woozy, that's a sign that your body needs rest. I wouldn't try to push it with exercise, because that could end up making you feel worse.

Hope you feel better soon!

I have had seven vials of blood taken out within the past 48 hours, and I'm feeling pretty weak and woozy. Should I refrain from exercising today?

I'm petite and too underweight to donate blood (not because I'm underweight per se, but because a normal BMI at 5'1" is often not high enough to donate), so I suspect it's having an effect on me. It would be nice to know for the future.
