I don't follow any program from exercise tv, but thats what I use to get my workouts in. Whatever I am in the mood for I find it and then do it. I love the Kickboxing and Cindy Whitmarsh Ab workouts. Exercise TV/OnDemand is like my own personal workout library! I love it!!

I've never tried following the schedule. Might check that out -
If I have enough time before work in the morning - I will do a yoga, pilates or ab work out.

I should use this tool more...thanks for the reminder...let me know how you're doing.

Has anyone followed the fitness schedule that is available online from Exercise TV. I have just discovered the On Demand free exercise videos on my DVR! There is a whole month of videos to follow- has anyone tried this out?
