I FINALLY found a co-worker who wanted to commit to twice weekly strength training together at our company gym downstairs. It's made all the difference in the world for me. This week is ONE SOLID MONTH of Tues/Thursday at lunch strength training. I try to do one additional strength workout on the weekends, mainly core and triceps, my two problem areas!
Last week, I added going down by myself on Wednesday for a high intensity/interval elliptical program. This is two weeks that I've added that component.
Just to do this, let alone during the holiday season, it totally awesome! Maybe I'll lose weight during the holidays, rather than maintain or gain!!!! :-)
