I am looking for ten basic exercise ball exercises that hit the main body points, like triceps and biceps are supposed to balance. I know you should not to just biceps by itself. Please let me know.

My name is Carol, on Pacific Standard Time. My fitness minutes goal is 1000 a month. This ticker will record my progress.

If you check out our exercise demos, you'll find exercises using the ball in each of the categories (core, lower body, upper body, etc.)

Is there a group of exercises using the exercise ball I could use?

The Lord is my strength!
