I would advise you to pick the activity you want to do, then call your surgeon and talk to the nurse. They can say specifically yes or no.

My experience is only with abdominal surgery and my idea of light exercise and my doctors did not always match.

Hello all. I just had breast reduction surgery three weeks ago. I have been given the "ok" to do light exercise. Anyone have any suggestions other than walking?
