SP has some chair videos too, that are supposed to be good workouts, HIGHLY recommend swimming too!

yes, I do have access to a pool now that the swimming season has opened up here and I plan to try and get more exoecise in by swimming, was looking for a few more ideas on quick exercises I can do at my desk while at work. I have been trying to do leg lifts and some simple strength training arm workouts, but just wanted to see if youguys could throw a few more options my way so I can mix things up a bit. I will also go check out the videos and see what else I can maybe do or modify a bit.

Do you have access to a pool? Also, a physical therapist would be able to give you better ideas than we can.

I was recently diagnosed with Bursitis and Tendonitis in my foot. As a result I can not do any walking other than necessary, no stairs (unless I am really careful how I go up and down those), nothing that would raise my heel off the ground basically. My questions is what would be some good exercises that I could still be doing while I try and get this condition healed? I am not to bed my toes on that foot or put any pressure on the ball of my foot. I ould love to hear any advice you can give.
