Do it now while you are young! Stay in shape because as you get older it gets harder. We all think oh not me but it happens. And always do it for yourself, not for anyone else!!!

Hey im twenty years old and looking to become more healthy. I had done sports all through highschool and was able to manage my weight. However, once I started college and wasn't doing sports anymore I started to gain weight. I wanted to work out more but with school and other activities it has been hard to find the time. Now it is my Junior year and this summer I will be turning 21. I hope to go somewhere fun for my 21 and I want to be in the best shape when I go so I can feel healthy and confident.
