I have found I do sleep better when I'm exercising. I hope you were able to get a good nights sleep.

Sleep is very important..I try to get at least 7 hrs...But it dont always work out that way.

Hope you were able to get a good nights rest. Walking should help, unless sore legs wake you up in the middle of the night like mine did last night. emoticon

Today was a successful day. I had my 30 min. walk and I think I'm going to be able to have a fullnight sleep today. I've been having insomia for a couple of months now. On and off. But this week it got out of hand. I even pop some pills and they didn't work. Yesterday I only slept about 4 hours today about six. I was tired in the evening but I didn't give in. Its 9 pm and I do feel exhausted hopefully Miss insomia won't be comming around tonignt. now I'm off to sleep to wake up tommorrow early. I feel once I overcome this problem it will help me loose weight.
