I know one thing that has helped me as I lost weight and am now in maintenance is eating food and doing activities that I enjoy. That way, I want to maintain those habits of healthy eating and exercise, since I look forward to the healthy food I eat and the workouts I do.

Hello everyone,

My name is Jocelyn. I joined sparkpeople a few minutes ago and I am hoping that I can get healthy and learn how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Like many others on here, I struggle with weightloss and I am at the point of feeling absolutely hopeless in being able to become healthier. BUT I have joined in hopes to change that attitude. I know it can be done, I just need to sincerely work at it.
