It's no wonder that the food tracker is the #1 rated tool (if memory serves me) to help us achieve our weight loss goals. I just discovered yesterday how to make my trackers public, so I did.
Kudos to you for your little successes which ultimately add up to a new you.
Keep up the good work. The $1 a day is a great idea. As my weight was coming down on my previous hitch with SP, I went to a consignment shop to buy smaller clothes.....most of which still had the tags on them. I look forward to buying smaller clothes again. Until then, I shall save $1 a day. Good Luck!
I'm learning how to control myself. Keeping track of my foods is coming easier. A few days ago, I tried something different. Ive been planning my whole day on tge tracker to get a more rounded "diet". I've noticed also I have room for a yummy snack each day and find myself not needing my "free" day since I get a small goody everyday. Also have been saving $1 a day as one of my goals. Today, I had enough to buy a new scale. I'm excited to use it tomorrow. Seeing as my current scale says I weigh 150 lbs. Which could be nice but it's almost 100 lbs off. Anyways. That's it. Yay me!!!
