Hello everyone! My name is Caroline and I am twenty four years old and living in Japan as an English teacher. I have, in the past couple of months, had rapid weight gain and it is continuing. I want to reverse it, lose the pounds I've gained, and learn to eat better (my eating habits are TERRIBLE!). However, while that is certainly a goal of mine, my biggest goal is fitness. Luckily the two go hand in hand! I decided that my big fitness goal is to be able to do pull-ups. I hope that with help and motivation from the people on this site I can get there. Japan is lovely, but it does present challenges, like reading nutrition labels, or asking the instructors at the gym if you are lifting correctly. I am happy to be here on SparkPeople, but I am nervous; there is so much to learn! I will do my best! Fighting!
