I'm glad to share the one I use for guacamole, but you might be asking for KKLENNERT809's new recipe.

I use Coach Nicole's recipe here:

But I increase the onion a little, add in some diced fresh tomato (about a third of a cup), and some finely chopped fresh cilantro. I also put in a half teaspoon each of cumin and cayenne for some extra spice. The more you "extend" the recipe with vegetables, the calories go down per serving. A teaspoon or two of Daisy light sour cream also increases the smoothness and creaminess.

Can I have your guacomole recipe?

Heh, you're welcome... it turned out to be fun and a little weird, but worth it for the experience. My fingers hurt for a while, and the Vietnamese ladies kept chuckling. One of them asked me if I wanted sparkle polish (I laughed and said no) and four of them just lost it laughing. But it was all good fun. I didn't quite get the point of the goopy stuff they soak your fingers in, but part of the process I guess.

When I got home, my girlfriend inspected them and just could not stop laughing. When I told her my fingers hurt, she just replied "beauty is pain!"

Not sure if I'll do a facial mask or a pedicure. Seems like expensive, painful stuff! LOL!

LOL! Thanks for the Spark Goodie! I didn't check to see if you are a man or woman before giving my suggestion. Thanks for being a good sport!

DING! Time's up.

And the winner is... KJEANNE

She suggested something to help remove the guac as a temptation, plus an innovative thing I've never done in my life (manicure). Since I'm a guy, this may turn out to be an unusual experience, but I'm really, really bored. So it works.

KJeanne, sending your Sparkgoodie in a min or two. Congrats!

figure out the calories in the guac then sit down and figure out how much you would have to work out to make up for the splurge.

First: put the guacamole in the freezer
Second: give yourself a beauty afternoon! pedicure, manicure (can't eat if you're nails are wet!) facial, save your legs, shape your eyebrows.
Third: if you change you mind about outside - turn on the sprinkler, put on your bathing suit and run thru the sprinkler!

Alrighty, I'm exceptionally bored this afternoon and I've finished all my chores. I've done my exercise as well. As an added temptation, I have leftover guacamole in the fridge.

Suggest something fun for me to do with the rest of today. Something that makes me forget about the deliciousness of that amazing guacamole, and something that doesn't involve going outside again. It's too hot.

The winning suggestion, determined solely by my whims, will win a little Sparkgoodie for their Sparkpage. This ends in two hours, at which time I'll make a selection and then either engage in the suggested activity or go take a nap.

Ready? GO!
